A Latte Information about Voting Day in Bradley County
If you haven’t heard yet, it’s voting day. We invite you to get out and vote! You can even get a free coffee with your “I voted” sticker.
We took an early morning drive around Bradley County and Cleveland to check driving conditions. This is what we found.
The Blythe Bower Elementary polling location has a flooded road closure at 20th Street and Ocoee Street. You can get around it by taking APD 40 from the South, a left on Blackburn Road SE, an IMMEDIATE left on Bower Lane SE and then a right on Foster Lane SE. The school will be on your left.
Most of the roadways were clear, with light flooding in low lying areas. Drive with caution but don’t be afraid to get out and vote. There are police patrols monitoring the roadways.
After checking out the road situations, and voting, we headed to The Mill Coffee. They have an exciting promotion today to encourage voting. Bring in your “I voted” sticker for a free cup of coffee sponsored by Ian Harper, CPA.
“We really want to encourage voting,” said the morning shift barista.
We do too. Click the link below to find your polling location. Remember, an informed voter is a great voter.
See you at the polls!
